to get a new website for $100
We’re thrilled to offer this affordable solution to help small and new business owners launch their online presence. To ensure clarity and a smooth process, please review the following terms:
- This offer is strictly limited to 3 pages. Any additional pages will incur extra charges.
- Advanced features (e.g., e-commerce, custom plugins, paid plugins/themes) are not included in this offer
- The design will follow a simple, professional layout suitable for small businesses as no paid plugin/themes are applied.
- The project includes up to 2 revisions. Additional revisions will require an extra fee.
- Maintenance services are not included in this offer.
- Domain and hosting services are not provided. Clients must arrange these independently.
- This offer is exclusively for small and new business owners who currently do not have a website.
- Businesses with outdated websites or existing sites are not eligible for this offer.
- All website content (text, images, etc.) must be provided by the client in a timely manner.
- Clients must fill out all forms with accurate and complete information.
- A 50% payment is required within 1-2 days of starting the project. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
- The delivery timeline is contingent upon the prompt submission of content and information by the client.
- Any feature requests or services beyond the scope of this offer will be subject to additional charges.
- Upon final payment, the client will have full ownership of the website. However, any proprietary tools or assets used by our team remain the property of MHB unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Clear and timely communication is crucial. Delays in providing feedback or content may result in extended delivery timelines.
- If the project is canceled midway due to the client’s decision, the initial 50% payment will not be refundable.
- MHB is not responsible for proofreading or verifying the accuracy of the content provided by the client.
- Once the project is completed and delivered, any changes, fixes, or support requests will be billed separately unless a maintenance agreement is established.
